• Manages staff of 41 Public Assistance Coordinators and coordinates all recovery efforts for all Eastern Louisiana Parishes.

• Responsible for all Eastern Louisiana Parishes including St. Bernard, Orleans, Jefferson, Plaquemines, St. Tammany and Washington.
• Managed staff of 41 Public Assistance Coordinators.
• Responsible for coordinating all recovery efforts for all eligible applicants within operations area.
• Managed all aspects of a client’s recovery operations.
• Conducted training on Public Assistance Program for clients and provided technical assistance to client applicants.
• Facilitated meetings for state, local, FEMA and client staff applicants.
• Responsible for financially reconciling all projects.
