VR Management Group is highly proficient in FEMA protocols, procedures, programs and policies. With more than five years experience working with FEMA, members of VR Management Group have helped to secure multi-millions in federal funding from FEMA for disaster assistance and/or rebuilding purposes in Louisiana, Florida, North Carolina and Kentucky. Brian O’Malley, as Project Manager, is both a Certified USA FEMA Public Assistance Coordinator and a Certified USA FEMA Project Office Ops 1 and 2, 406 Mitigation. These qualifications provide him with an extensive background with FEMA policies and the federal regulations that govern the public assistance and hazard mitigation programs. Our team’s extensive knowledge of FEMA policies, procedures and regulations as evidenced by our certifications along with our construction management background, enables us to provide the most effective project management services which will meet all of our clients’ needs with respect to FEMA related projects
